Usually, our specialty is press filters and pressure filters in all their versions and configurations, as well as their components such as filter plates, fabrics, hydraulic components, automation, etc.

We also offer advice on updating filters that are operational and need to adapt to new environments, filtering needs or changing the conditions of the process / application.

In the processes where it is necessary to adapt the washing and blowing of the cakes and the press filter that they have, it is not possible to carry out them, we can advise them and provide them with all the necessary elements to incorporate the different stages.

For filter presses with polypropylene filter plates with a conventional built-in chamber, we can also study the possibility of replacing the filter package with one of mixed membrane plates, with the advantages offered by the washing / blowing of the cake as well as the reduction of volume obtained thanks to the compression of the cake by the membrane.

We can transform press filters with manual hydraulic closing by a semiautomatic system incorporating a necessary electro-hydraulic group and control panel.
